I saw that photo at a blog when the Obamas were there, and I could see how immeasureably pleased that officer was to be acknowledged by the president!
I am sooo happy that a photographer captured that moment for him! It's a remarkable photo!

That was an awesome photo. I wish we knew the name of the photographer. He really captured the immense sense of pride and excitement in that acknowledgement from the President.
